The Phone.com product suite is made up of five applications that all work together to provide a seamless communications experience for our clients. This article describes each of them. More details are available in the support content for each app.
My.Phone.com is the day-to-day Phone.com communications portal for all users, including NxT and classic users. It works in any modern browser, but note that web calling does not work in Safari.
The Configure App (Configure.Phone.com)
The Configure App, which lives at Configure.Phone.com is the account, number, and company settings management app for NxT administrative users. It also works on any browser, including mobile browsers.
Login to the Configure App.
The Control Panel
The Control Panel is the advanced settings application for all Phone.com administrators and Classic extension-based users. It is used for advanced configuration such as, menus, call logs, call tagging, etc.
To log in to the Control Panel go to www.phone.com and click on Login
All Phone.com users can install and use our iOS or Android apps.
Desktop App (Also known as Communicator)
All Phone.com users can download and use the desktop app and use the desktop app for web calling, voicemail management, and text messaging. However, all of this functionality is also available in My.Phone.com, which does not require a download.
