As for the front camera of photos, we found an 8-megapixel sensor in Galaxy S8, which gives us some pictures with very good quality, but that does not become the best camera in its sector. Other cameras like Pixel are ahead. Its failure: in low light it fails more than it should, picking up too much light where it is not, and saturating the colors a lot. Above we leave a gallery of photos made with this smartphone, photographs that are not to their original quality since they weigh too much, but we leave a link with the original photographs. So, here Samsung should consider bringing a better camera in the Samsung Galaxy S9.
This Galaxy S8 + becomes the most powerful smartphone of the moment, with an Exynos 8895 processor at a speed of 2.3 GHz, which is manufactured in a technology of 10 nanometers that gives a performance and energy consumption higher than previous generations. Other aspects to note is that it does not include FM radio, and does include IP68 certification, which makes it waterproof. New Snapdragon 845 is only on the roads to get into the Samsung Galaxy S9.
In both the most powerful games in Google Play, and in the simplest, has given us a performance of 10. No kind of FPS down or lack of power. We must emphasize that at the time of using it for several hours playing, the smartphone has not been heated in the least, something that is appreciated in the day to day. The battery of this smartphone is 3,500 mAh. At first, it seemed short, given that last year the S7 Edge had a similar battery and a much smaller screen, but we were pleasantly surprised. This smartphone has given us an average of 5 to 6 hours of the screen, consuming multimedia, weight applications, games, and use between WIFI and 4G. A good consumption that allows the S8 + to have no weak points in the hardware section, and we have fast charge, which charges the whole smartphone in just over an hour.
Other details to note of the mobile are that it carries iris scanner. An iris scanner that improves a lot concerning Note 7, but still fails. In bright conditions, for example, on the street with sunshine, it does not work directly. And if we wear glasses, often the iris does not recognize us. If you use it on a day-to-day basis and get the hang of it, it can be comfortable, but it cannot be, at least for the moment, a method to unlock a smartphone. So, Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy S9 should be the highlights from Samsung to show in the 2019.
The software still must be polished, not to have any lag in the factory launcher. The fingerprint sensor is the worst of the mobile, something that has no arrangement. It is uncomfortable to look at where you look, and it is something that spoils the entire user experience of the smartphone. The iris scanner has not yet hit the ceiling; it has to improve even more. The camera, still the best, but we expected a bigger evolution and something that differentiated it from the rest. Neither double camera nor innovation was found in the Galaxy S8, but Samsung Galaxy S9 will be above.
